Do you have items/sizes that are not listed on your website?TOP
The items listed on our web site are the only ones available. However, there may be some instances where we can order a different item/size in order to accommodate your needs. Please contact us for special orders/requests.
Does placing an item in the shopping cart hold the item for me?TOP Adding items to your shopping cart does not reserve an item for you. Transactions are not considered final until the checkout process is complete.
Can I use more than one discount?TOP You can only use one discount per order.
What is your general return policy?TOP Returns
or credits within 14 days of the date you received the order,(i.e. the delivery date) and can only be made on unwashed,
unworn and unused merchandise. Merchandise must be in sellable
condition with all tags and packaging intact (excluding gift packaging) and must be odor-free (no
cigarette smoke or perfumes).
Please
make sure to check sizing prior to washing items. Items that are not in
original condition will be returned to you. Upon receipt of the items,
full refunds will be made in the form of original payment minus the cost of
shipping, with the exception of items that are dropshipped. If free shipping was applied to the order, the actual cost of
shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.
Customers will be charged the cost of shipping exchanges with the exception of correcting a store error.
A return authorization number is required for all returns,
credits or refunds. Please contact us prior to making your return to
obtain a return authorization.
Please
include a printed receipt from your email (if you don't have a printer
please write the date of order, order number, your name, address, email
address, phone number) and let us know what you would like us to do

do not offer exchanges since with a credit you can place a new order
for what you would like and this will speed up shipping time.
Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Am I Charged Sales Tax?TOP Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to Mississippi addresses only. All other states are not charged sales tax!
How do I check the status of my order? TOP You may check the status of your order at anytime using the "Order Tracking" category at the top and bottom of the page. This will allow you to view all of your order details and status.
When should I expect my order?TOP Delivery times for most orders are 2-3 business days. Some of our items are personalized and handmade and these items usually take 3-4 weeks to process and ship. Please see item description for estimated delivery time.
Generally it takes about two to three weeks on handmade items to be shipped out. It just depends on the item and the amount of orders received for that item.
